About Us

We're the crew that shows up with the squeegee.

Family-owned and operated, 15+ years in the sign industry, based in Quincy — eight miles south of Boston. We don't just print graphics. We install them: often at height, often overnight, usually on a deadline, and sometimes three time zones from home.

The Team

Father and son.

Ethan owns the company. His father Brian works alongside him.

Ask them:

  • How did you end up owning a sign shop?
  • What's the job you're proudest of?
  • What do other shops get wrong on installs?
  • Where do you want the company in five years?
Brian — headshot needed Ideally one of the two of them together on a job.

Bio needed

Ask them:

  • How long have you been in the trade?
  • What's changed most about the work?
  • What's it like working for your son?
  • What do you handle day to day?

Record the answers on a phone, transcribe, light-edit. Don't write these from scratch — the whole value is that they sound like Ethan and Brian, not like a website.

Track Record

Airplanes, city buses, university buildings, race car trailers.

Fifteen years of work — from a single storefront window to a transit station takeover, and from Quincy to Florida, Texas and California.

On The Job

This is what "we install it ourselves" looks like.

No subcontracted install team. When the job needs two boom lifts and a four-storey wall, that's us on the lifts.

At Height

Two lifts, four storeys

Full-height banners on a steel-clad building. Our own crew, our own rigging — no subcontracted install team.

Selected Work

From a hangar to a hospital corridor.

Aviation

An entire hangar arc, wrapped end to end.

Fennell Hall

Still missing

The city bus and race car trailer jobs still have no supporting photographs. The aviation work does — the Delta hangar at Logan — and the university work does, via Fennell Hall. Road-vehicle wraps (van, box truck, colour change) are the remaining gap.

How We Work

Survey, print, install, walk it with you.

Confirm process Draft based on standard trade practice — Ethan should correct this to match how the shop actually runs.

01

Site Survey

We measure the actual surface. Photos and dimensions beat assumptions, and they prevent the reprint.

02

Artwork & Proof

Your art or ours. You approve a proof with real dimensions before anything hits the printer.

03

Production

Material chosen for the surface and the lifespan you need — not whatever is on the shelf.

04

Installation

Our own crew. Nights and weekends when the space cannot be down during business hours.

Reviews needed — highest-value gap

There are no customer reviews anywhere on this site, and none on the old one either. For a referral business this is the single biggest missing piece: review volume is both the strongest local ranking factor and the strongest conversion lever.

Ten would put Theory Media ahead of most sign shops in the Boston local pack, and with FIFA, Visa, Industrious and Mass General on the books they should be easy to get. Ask on the day the job is signed off — a text from the van beats an email a week later. Add them to src/data/reviews.js and this section renders itself, star ratings and schema included.

Want to talk through a project?

Send dimensions and a photo of the surface. We'll come back with an approach and a number.
