Privacy Policy

Theory Media Inc. runs a small website. The only information we collect is what you choose to type into our contact form, plus basic anonymous statistics about which pages get visited. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

What we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your company name, if you give one (optional)
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The service you selected and the project details you wrote

That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details through this website, and there is nothing on it to log into.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and quote your job. That is the only reason. We use your email address and phone number to answer your enquiry and to ask the follow-up questions a quote usually needs — dimensions, surface, access, timeline.

Who else handles it

Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Your submission passes through their system on its way to our inbox, and they retain a copy for up to 30 days. We do not use them for anything else.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and block abuse.

If we have enabled Google Analytics, it records anonymous usage statistics — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are in the world, what kind of device they used. It is not tied to your enquiry and we cannot identify you from it.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our email for as long as we might reasonably need it — typically while we are quoting, and afterwards as a record of work discussed. Web3Forms holds its own copy for up to 30 days. If you would like your enquiry deleted from our records, ask and we will delete it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets its own analytics cookies. There is no advertising or remarketing tracking on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email brianm@theory-media.com and we will handle it. You can also just call us on (617) 922-2294 and skip the form entirely — that suits plenty of our customers fine.

Children

This is a commercial signage and graphics website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
